9AM: Dad wakes me and announces that we must get packed because we've decided to leave for Iowa in an hour.
12PM: Bags packed, stockings in the car & we're ready to head out for a 12 hour drive to spend a white Christmas with my dad's cousins, the Brauns.
We decided to have Christmas in the car.
We opened a few gifts....
By 6:50PM we were ready to stop for dinner.
Luckily, Mcdonalds was servin delicious Christmas Eve "supper" until 7.
We had a Christmas Eve dinner we'll always remember.
After 11 1/2 hours of rain,
30 minutes of driving 32 mph in the snow,
seeing 3 cars in the ditches,
and witnessing 1 car spin out of control (& ending up in the ditch),
we arrived at cousin Mary's doorstep at midnight.
It's going to be a fun next couple of days...

hey hunter, calm down with that getting older stuff! look i knew you could always beat me up, but lets be honest with a 5 o'clock shadow like that i am scared, you are a man, and i merely a boy. :) just saying and ps looks like fun haha
