My week of "cousin-sitting" came to an end last night, so my friends/roomies welcomed me back to the apartment with another taco night.
My best-school-friend, Mary is home for the weekend so she & my friend Katie joined us for the festivities!
The only thing that would have made it a better night would have been if Kate & Matt were there too. I missed you guys!
